1,破氰反應:將氰化物外桶用次氯酸鈉(15%)堿性溶液中(pH值為11-12)浸泡作破氰處理。反應如下:
NaCN (氰化鈉)+ NaClO(次氯酸鈉)+ NaOH— Na2CO3(碳酸鈉)+ N2
2,工藝流程:
取2公斤15%的次氯酸鈉和0.5公斤的氫氧化鈉投入500升的水中調pH值到11-12;把氰化物包裝桶浸入次氯酸鈉溶液中浸泡1小時;用KI試紙對浸泡液作定性測試,呈蘭色為好,如不變色表示破氰未完成,需在浸泡液中再加次氯酸鈉;取出包裝桶用水清洗,取桶壁水分析無氰化物表示破氰完成。清水送廢水處理處一同處理。將桶瀝干,處理結束。
對于廢水中氰根的測定還可選擇氰根電極。
